Almost an year after abruptly cancelling the agreement with hotel giant Hilton to manage Irufushi then known as Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort and Spa, the luxury resort has re-branded, revamped and opened its doors to travelers. Now known as The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi, the 221 luxury waterfront villas resort with 70 over water bungalows is one of the few islands developed as a resort in Noonu Atoll in the Maldives, which is only 40 minutes away from Malé via seaplane.
